Information About the study

We invite you to participate in an important research study aimed at improving our understanding and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This study will be conducted across approximately 15 sites/practices in the United States, France, and Germany.

Study Overview: This research includes two main components:

Chart Review: We will review existing data within the medical records of participating patients. This will help us gather valuable insights into the treatment and management of BPD, MDD, and PTSD.
Patient Survey: All patients included will be invited to participate in a direct-to-patient survey. This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and is designed to understand your experiences and outcomes related to your treatment.

Eligibility Criteria: You may be eligible to participate if you:

Have a confirmed diagnosis of BPD, MDD, or PTSD by your treating physician at least 1 year prior to enrollment, with at least 2 follow-up visits since diagnosis, as per local clinical practice guidelines.
Have access to and the ability to use a personal internet-enabled electronic device.

Compensation: As a token of our appreciation for your valuable time and insights, participants who complete the Patient Survey will receive a $20 gift card.

Your Participation: Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and you can choose to withdraw at any time without any penalty. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information throughout the study.
